Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Trading Hub Terminal (the "Service") is operated by the product owner (the "Operator"), based in Indonesia. Contact: hello@tradinghub.id.

2. What we do

The Service publishes an economic calendar, educational articles, market news, and a browser-based multi-asset trading terminal with watchlists, charts, and impact-scored feeds. All market data and analysis are provided for informational and educational purposes only.

3. What we are not

• We are not a licensed investment advisor, broker-dealer, exchange, or fiduciary in any jurisdiction.
• We do not custody client funds, execute orders, or route trades.
• Nothing on the Service constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, currency, commodity, or derivative.

4. Account and eligibility

You may use public pages without an account. Features behind the terminal shell require account sign-up. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to trade financial instruments in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute our content in bulk.
• Circumvent rate limits, paywalls, or authentication.
• Submit malicious code, spam, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
• Use the Service to violate applicable laws, including securities, anti-money-laundering, and data-protection regulations in your jurisdiction.

6. Subscriptions and payment

If and when paid plans become available, pricing and terms will be disclosed on the Pricing page before checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. Refund terms will be specified in the checkout flow and are handled through our payment processor.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Service — including the Trading Hub Terminal brand, logos, UI design, and original written material — is owned by the Operator or its licensors. You may share individual articles with proper attribution and a link to the source. You may not republish, rebrand, or claim authorship of our material.

8. Third-party content

Market data, news headlines, and external links are provided by third parties. We make no warranty as to their accuracy or timeliness. Use of third-party services (brokers, payment providers, data vendors) is subject to their own terms.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular trading strategy. Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including trading losses, lost profits, or missed opportunities — arising from your use of the Service. You use the Service at your own risk.

11. Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We will post material changes to these Terms on this page and update the effective date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms other users, the Operator, or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Indonesia, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction specifies otherwise.
